Your full email address is your username. If you can’t get in, the mail administrator can reset your password.
Sign-in trouble
Check that you’re using your full address, like [email protected]. Passwords are case sensitive. If you’ve lost access, send a message from another email account to [email protected] with the address you need help with. Never send a password by email.
Using a mail app
Incoming mail uses IMAP at mx.raya.ac on port 993 with TLS. Outgoing mail uses SMTP at mx.raya.ac on port 587 with STARTTLS. Sign in with your full address and password.
